Yo John...

Been hearing some "mixed" reports, second and third hand of course, regarding the date I did at Rex's.

Hey, rather than participate in another round of this "he said she said" ad nauseum, you have my contact info and I am by no means a difficult person to reach.

If anything need be adressed or discussed, contact me in person...

We're too old for this...

Best regards

Jim

Hey Jim, I just read your post. I've been pretty busy. I didn't hear any bad things about you running sound at Rex's. I heard you popped the breaker early in the night, but other than that nothing bad. I know the band loved having you there. Ron and other employees enjoyed you being there. If I had a problem myself, I would bring it to you. But you know this cause that's the way I've always been. You are welcome behind any mixer I own anytime. Thanks for running sound for me. Everyone has a different way of mixing. Just like everyone has there own way of playing their instrument of choice. Don't listen to people that don't get it. This is fun! So don't let people with issues ruin your fun. I'm sure you did a great job. I know you are a great sound tech. I was there as you came into your own many years ago. I know what you can do. So come out and run sound more often. I have plenty of gigs for you when you want to get out for a night or two. I'd love to have ya. You know the saying, don't sweat the small stuff. And everything is small stuff. Hope to see ya soon. Oh yeah, you may be getting old but I refuse to. LMFAO 42 yrs young. 8-) Codacamp

Hey John Jerri (my sister cat) was wondering how you thought she did the night she sang with you. I know she got a slow start she was sort of bewildered at first because you stuck her up front with the mic. She thought she was gonna be kind of in the background. I thought once she got started she did a great job. She asked me if I thought she blended well with the band, which I thought she did. Now maybe she should have gotten to practice first, she would have known what to expect. I thought she was great but then I may be tone deaf. I am going to tell her to log in and watch for one of your post. She wanted you to call my cellphone before she left and she kept waiting and heard nothing. Talk at ya later. Eunice
