:D Hey....I've loved Coda since I first heard them at Skip's around 1989ish.....you guys are incredible!!
Being a mom then, well, still a mom but the kids are grown...anyway....didn't get out to see you often, but LOVED it when I did. Last I saw you was, I think, around 1993, again at Skip's.
On 107.3 WKLQ out of Grand Rapids, Michigan today I thought I heard one of the Jocks say you'd be playing The Intersection here soon. I live up here now and would LOVE to be able to catch you again!!

Oh, the guys said to tell your sister she did a great job with the band. Time goes so quickly, sorry. We enjoy it when people who can sing well want to get up and sing a song with Coda. It is always fun.

My Daughter Gracie got up on stage at Pierceton Days and sang a couple songs with us. It was such fun, and she did a super job for an 8 year old! She had fun dancing with Dad, too... ;D It was fun in Pierceton. Gotta love those monster tenderloins... 8-)

Yes it is like a ghost town in here. Hey John I have been waiting on word of how my sister did since I posted the question in June or first of July. How do you think she did. i want to get her excited about coming in and checking out the Board but she does not get too ecxited about it since no one wants to let her know how she did when she sang with you guys. My kids are looking forward to this show. They don't get to see Dad play with the full band too often. :P
Gracie has been learning Dreamer on the keyboards. (look out Hoffer! 8-)) I told her maybe she could compare notes with Rick, so we're doing it right... :D

 Airshow Knudsen Brothers
« Result #10 on Jul 2, 2006, 1:48pm »

We went to the Goshen Airshow yesterday. It was called Freedom Festival. The airshow had a band I had never heard of, it was call the Knudsen Brothers. These guys are from las Vegas Nevada. They cover the oldies, I thought they were going to be quite cheexy when they started out with Wayne Newton and Tom Jones Imitations. They they did greased lightning from Grease. They reeled me in, they did imiations of and some of you guys are probably too young to remember these bands. They imitated, The Four Seasons, the Beach Boys, the Temptations, Elvis and some of the duwop and barbershop quartets. They have a website that is www.knudsenbrothers.com. For some reason and the reason they really reeled me in was the one young man looks like a younger version of Steve. Very good looking young man named Jak bald head and sun glasses. I thought hey that guy looks kind of like Steve. You guys need to check out Jak on their web site. Choreograpy was just great. The air show, I loved the firebirds they did stunts in the air. The planes were one was blue one was red and one was pure white. There was a young lady that stood on top of one ot the old style planes as it whished 250 miles in the air. The f-15 amazing. It travels faster the the speed of sound. The plane comes through and the huge noise follows suite. The f-15 was going a slow 650 mph less than half its capacity. This plane can fly at speeds over 1500 mph. Talk about a need for speed. wow.
